terms of service
1.General rules
🔸Please describe your idea for an art in detail and if you have provide visual references of your character, props, backgrounds, etc, it helps a lot !🔸No hateful stuff, intense gore, fetishes, nsfw.🔸Commissions will be sent to the Client via google drive in .jpeg or .png format; original files are not included (psd, csp, etc.), unless previously agreed upon.
2.payment & refunds
🔸For now only Paypal invoices, and prices are listed in USD.🔸Payment should be paid in half before the work starts, then half when finished.🔸Paid invoices are eligible for full refunds (exclude transaction fee) before work starts for any reason.🔸If the artwork was already started, only partial refund is available in relative to the amount of work completed.🔸You may not ask for a refund after the artwork is completed.
3. Artist rights
🔸The artist retains the right to post all commissioned work on any personal or social website unless you request otherwise.
4. client rights
🔸 Free to post the artwork.🔸Print the artwork for personal use.🔸No commercial profit in any form, physical, digital or NFT.🔸The client is not allowed to use the artwork for NFT and upload to any AI picture generators, machine learning, or derived technologies to create derivatives of the commissioned works.
